Job Description
- Arrange service visits, installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and relocations on-site.
- Set up and dismantle equipment for demonstrations.
- Conduct equipment familiarization training for users.
- Answer service inquiries and attend user meetings.
- Install and commission new equipment at customer sites.
- Promote customer satisfaction within the service team. Handle service administration tasks including preparing quotations, contracts, reports, and invoices.
- Arrange spare parts from suppliers and manage delivery/collection of repair items.
- Deliver new equipment to customers and pursue outstanding debts.
- Send faulty parts to vendors for testing and provide technical information and quality reports to the Principal.
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in engineering / biomedical engineering
- Min. 1-2 years of experience as a service engineer.
- Prior experience in medical device service is advantageous.
