JUNIOR SHIPPING COORDINATOR

MaNex TradExpress Pte Ltd is a freight forwarding company specializing in total logistics solutions. We are committed to talent development to support our expanding business. We are currently seeking a Junior Shipping Coordinator to join our team.

• Position: Junior Shipping Coordinator

• Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating and managing shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Maintaining communication with carriers, suppliers, and customers.

Handling shipping documentation and resolving any related issues.

• Ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Requirements:

Must possess at least a GCE O Level/Diploma in administration, business management, or a related field.

• Conversant in Bahasa, Mandarin, and English (necessary to liaise with Indonesia and China customers).

At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar industry preferred.

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Positive work attitude, strong sense of urgency and responsibility, and ability to work well within a team.

• Additional Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office.

• Strong organizational skills.

Meticulous with attention to detail.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good interpersonal skills and team player.
