Job Description

Working Hours: 5 Days/Week

Working Location: Suntec City

Salary: Up to $3500

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and plating cold dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Supervise and guide junior team members.
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen teams and handle special requests.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1-3 years in a similar role with cold dish experience.
  • Skills: Strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
  • Education: Culinary training or equivalent experience.
  • Attributes: Reliable, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
