Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and plating cold dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Supervise and guide junior team members.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen teams and handle special requests.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1-3 years in a similar role with cold dish experience.
- Skills: Strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
- Education: Culinary training or equivalent experience.
- Attributes: Reliable, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
