The Rewards Fulfillment & Procurement Team plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless and timely delivery of rewards and incentives to our valued customers. As a member of the Rewards Fulfillment Team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of reward fulfillment, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

About The Job
As a Junior Specialist, Procurement, you will support the procurement team in managing vendor relationships, ensuring a smooth rewards fulfillment process, and assisting with inventory and reporting tasks.
The Junior Specialist, Procurement Will Be Responsible For
- Assisting in communication and coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maintain a timely and compliant rewards fulfillment process
- Documenting and tracking procurement activities, including inventory management, order placement, and payment processes
- Assisting the Customer Service team with rewards-related queries and escalations
- Staying informed on current and upcoming campaigns to support fulfillment requirements
In This Role, We Are Looking For Someone With
- Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Able to express thoughts and ideas clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- A collaborative team player with flexibility and adaptability
- Entry Experience in 2 to 3 years in Operations and/or vendor support is a plus
Good To Have
- Microsoft Office and Google sheet skills to manage database
- Vendor and operations-related skills, but not limited to vendor management, inventory management, and negotiations.
