Junior Transport Officer

Responsibilities:

• Daily Planning: Develop and manage the company's launch boat schedule to ensure timely operations.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics arrangements for internal staff, including liaising with external vendors for launch services.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of launch movements for verification of payments and operational efficiency.
• Support Purchasing Department: Assist in logistics arrangements for the supply of provisions, spare parts, and stores via land and sea routes.
• Invoice Verification: Verify relevant invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Project Support: Provide support to the purchasing department in various assigned tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in maritime, logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or coordination roles related to sales or purchasing.

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
