Junior UI UX Designer

As a Junior UX/UI Designer, you will assist in designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our Financial Services Products. Collaborating with senior designers, developers, and product managers, you will contribute to creating designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. You will be involved in all phases of the design process, from concept creation to development, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in collaboration with the design team.
• Implement design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and enhance designs.
• Work with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of design elements.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a UI component library for consistent design implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the financial sector or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines
