Junior Validation Engineer

We are seeking a Junior Validation Engineer with 0-3 years of experience to support validation activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards, especially GMP. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and execute validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) for equipment, facilities, and processes.
• Participate in risk assessments and design reviews to mitigate potential risks.
• Support investigations of deviations, implementing corrective actions (CAPA).
• Conduct and document equipment and process evaluations.
• Ensure project timelines and budgets are met in collaboration with other teams.
• Stay updated on GMP requirements and validation trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 0-3 years of validation experience with a focus on GMP.
• Knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
