1. Teach Dance Classes: Lead K-Pop dance classes for various skill levels, focusing on choreography, technique, and performance.
2. Choreography Creation: Develop original routines and adapt existing K-Pop choreography to fit the class format.
3. Prepare Class Plans: Create structured lesson plans that cater to students abilities and goals, ensuring a fun and engaging learning environment.
4. Encourage Participation: Motivate and inspire students to express themselves through dance, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
5. Organize Performances: Plan and coordinate showcases or recitals to provide students with opportunities to perform and demonstrate their skills.
6. Provide Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to students to help them improve their dancing and build confidence.
7. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest K-Pop trends, music releases, and dance styles to incorporate into lessons.
8. Maintain Equipment: Ensure that the studio space is safe, clean, and well-organized.

Requirements:

• Dance Experience: Proficiency in various dance styles, with a strong emphasis on K-Pop choreography.
• Teaching Skills: Previous experience teaching dance or working with students in a group setting is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students.
