KCare Centre Supervisor

Job description

• Ensure smooth-running of daily operations at K-Care Centre
• Mentor and supervise team of K-Care Officers to ensure compliance to SOPs, safety and health standards
• Maintain and build rapport with various stakeholders, especially school and parents
• Handle administrative duties related to the K-Care Centre (e.g. fees collection, registration and withdrawals, administering of subsidy applications)
• Handle emergencies and administer first aid, where applicable

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education Teaching (DECCE-T)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a preschool setting, preferably in a supervisory/leadership role
• Child First Aid

Working hours:

• 7am to 4.30pm / 9.30am to 7pm (Mon to Fri)
