Sales Support:
- Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Order Management: Manage customer orders efficiently and accurately. Maintain and update customer portals with current data and information.
- Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices with precision, ensuring timely billing.
- Data Management: Download data from driver handheld devices and verify it against physical invoices for accuracy.
- Reporting: Compile and analyze data for monthly reports, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Assist with various administrative tasks to support the sales and marketing team as needed.
Marketing Support:
- Marketing PO and Invoice Management: Process marketing-related purchase orders and invoices promptly and accurately.
- Customer Complaints: Record and manage customer complaints, working with relevant departments to resolve issues effectively.
- Marketing Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, such as promotions, events, and product launches.
- Promotional Materials and Collaterals: Coordinate with marketing agencies and distributors to plan and manage the production of promotional materials.
- Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office tools.
- Experience in marketing administration is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
