Benefits Summary:

  • Key Account Customer Service Representative (FMCG)
  • Permanent role
  • Basic up to $ 3,800 +AWS +VB
  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm Saturday 8.30am to 3.00pm
  • Location: Clementi
  • Leads will be provided, no need to hunt in sales

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, addressing their daily inquiries and requests.
  • Provide timely and accurate information in response to client questions about products, services, and order statuses.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong, positive relationships with key clients to enhance their satisfaction.
  • Oversee and process client orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics, production) to meet customer needs.
  • Track the progress of orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Handle client complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
  • Proactively identify potential problems and take measures to prevent them from affecting the customer experience.
  • Collect and communicate client feedback to relevant internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on account activities, client satisfaction, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Partner closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure alignment on client strategies.
  • Work with other departments (e.g., finance, logistics, product development) to address client-related issues.

Additional Information:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a related field (2+ years).
  • Experience working with key accounts or in a B2B environment is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in customer service software (e.g., CRM systems) and MS Office.
