Key Responsibilities
Drive the growth of key products in alignment with the sales strategy
Cultivate and enhance relationships with both existing and potential customers to uncover new business opportunities and address customer needs
Identify customer needs and recommend products that best meet those needs.
Proactively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
Employ creative strategies to expand your accounts and serve as a valuable partner to your customers.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
Continuously review and improve your sales performance, consistently meeting or exceeding the sales targets set by the company.
Arrange and conduct meetings with potential and existing customers, including nurses, doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Building relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive strategic initiatives
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Science/ Pharmacy/ Nursing
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Medical Device industry.
Experience in ICU will be highly considered
