Manage sales and operations across the Singapore market, implementing effective strategies to meet sales targets for Eagle Brand's product range.
Conduct market research and store visits to gain insights that inform and support sales strategies.
Identify opportunities to enhance product placement and visibility in supermarkets, retail stores, pharmacy chains, travel retail, and tourist outlets.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to manage promotional campaigns, ensuring adherence to A&P budgets.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with key clients, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Provide regular reports and updates on key account activities and sales performance to the head of sales.
Handle additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2-5 years of key account management experience, with a proven track record in the FMCG industry, especially in the analgesic sector.
Experience in Modern Trade, particularly with pharmacy channel clients, as well as travel retail, supermarkets, and convenience stores.
Strong understanding of Singapore's local market dynamics and business acumen.
Experience working with major retail chains or distributors in Singapore.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in trade marketing and distributor management is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure.
