Study client's requirement and provide optimal logistics operating solutions.
Work closely with operations to identify any out-of-scope requests, generate change request forms and update standard operating procedures.
Be the key point of contact between business and its clients, building strategic partnerships, overseeing business performance to strengthen existing client relationships.
Maintain up-to-date client profile with contract expiry dates and perform contract renewal with clients nearing to the expiry dates.
Be able to negotiate rates and service scopes with existing clients.
To support implementation of projects handover, and on occasion, take the lead to develop and cross-functional implementation of value-added supply chain solutions.
Consistently monitor our service standards and work with our operations team to drive suppliers and operation teams across all areas of responsibility ie lead times, complaints, escalation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics or relevant qualification and above.
At least 5 years of relevant experience within a similar position in the logistics industry is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience or track records of past secured accounts and positive sales performance
Proficient in MS Office such as PowerPoint, Excel, Words etc
Excellent business acumen, with strong business analytical skills
Strong project planning & management skill, and handling multiple projects, assignments and duties
