We are looking for a competitive and experienced Key Account Manager for handling the Global Ship Managers based in Singapore.
If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential clients, showcasing our services and products, we would like you to join our global team as Key Account Manager for the Global Ship Manager accounts based in Singapore.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of clients in the maritime industry. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the relationship with Global Ship Managers, coordination of various activities with other stake holders within marine eco system for achieving the targeted goals.

Key responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities together with retaining the existing business.
Establish and maintain healthy and long term relationship with key customers.
Act as main point of contact for the key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Organizing customer seminars, webinars, presenting business cases for promoting various solutions.
Develop and execute account plans to achieve business objectives aligned with segment strategies.
Key Tasks
Provide clients updated information on Hempel products and solutions. Working collaboratively with cross functional teams at a global level.
Provide techno commercial support to customers throughout the sales process .
Update information on the developments in the industry, market trends, competition etc.
Record and maintain data in CRM on accurate and timely basis.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field. ( Marine)
Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales/ account management/business development;
Experience in maritime industry will be an added advantage.
Experience in working with CRM software
Customer focused with proactive approach to problem solving.
Good team player with interpersonal and networking skills.
Strong work ethics.
