Key Account Manager
Our esteemed client seeking a bright and dynamic Key Account Manager to join their team.
Job Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and manage multi-level relationships between customers and internal teams to secure long-term partnerships and align with company objectives.
- Drive sales growth through the implementation of regionally consistent processes and strategies.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and expectations to meet business goals.
- Plan and execute initiatives aimed at retaining clients and fostering long-term sales growth.
- Develop and implement post-sales strategies for assigned customer accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Deliver high-quality, customer-focused service by addressing sales-related and customer expectation issues promptly.
- Contribute to the regional bidding or RFQ process when required & conduct regular reviews to assess business performance and customer relationships.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the key account/ BD management of experience in the service industry
- A diploma/ degree in Business or any related field is preferred
- Knowledge of the International Express or Air Transportation sector is a plus.
- Previous experience managing large enterprise accounts.
- Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
