Key Responsibilities
Acquire all product knowledge and apply them to adequately conduct in-service education to all relevant customers
Establish professional relationships with key opinion leaders and customers, and thoroughly understand assigned territory i.e. hospital / clinic processes and competitive landscape to inform sales strategy
Provide case support and conduct trainings / in-servicing for relevant customers
Ensure successful execution / follow through of marketing strategy and marketing campaigns
Collaborate closely with fellow team members and across functions to achieve both individual and team goals
Provides support for regional marketing events, conventions and symposia
Completes all paperwork on time and thoroughly, keeps accurate up-to date account records, utilizes sales funnel to set goals and target accounts
Partner with Marketing in account segmentation and prioritise targeted customers, cases and training events
Develop or hone sales competencies including clinical selling and emotional selling skills
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
1-2 years general sales experience preferred, with proven track record
Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational and planning skills
Possesses ability to work in an operating room environment
Possesses strong drive to succeed and can be a self-starter in taking initiatives to achieve goals
