Position Title: Key Account Manager Warehouse
Overview: As KAM, you will need to develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with major customers.Your role will involve understanding client needs, facilitating communication between internal teams, and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with key customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Gain a deep understanding of customers requirements and act as a liaison between them and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively propose solutions that align with customers objectives to expand existing relationships.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers.
- Serve as the primary communication link between key customers and internal teams, escalating issues as necessary.
- Address customer concerns promptly and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to improve service quality based on feedback.
- Collaborate with customers to establish their long-term goals and identify opportunities for new sales.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports and forecasts to stakeholders, utilizing key account metrics.
- Conduct regular visits to customers locations for quarterly and monthly business reviews, relationship building, and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely collection of payments, accurate billing.
- Develop new customers or growth for existing customers.
- Implementation for customer onboarding
- Able to present quotation and solution to customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customers relationship management or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and propose effective solutions.
- Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
- Willingness to travel for customers visits and warehouse oversight as needed.
