Responsibilities
Customer-Fronting Role: Engage with stakeholders across all levels, including senior management teams internally and externally.
Revenue Targets: Together with the Account Director, meet and exceed assigned revenue targets through strategic account hunting and farming.
Operational and Account Management: Focus on daily operational and account management activities for a large regional customer, including billing, revenue forecasting, coordinating internal resources for solution development efforts, and process optimization.
Revenue Growth: Farm and drive revenue growth by addressing untapped segments within the assigned account.
New Opportunities: Over time, identify new growth opportunities through the pursuit of new logos. Leverage various sales canvassing methods (calls, email, networking) to generate qualified leads.
Customer Relationships: Establish and further relationships with key customer contacts across all assigned accounts together with the Account Director.
Adaptability: Learn fast and think fast in a fast-paced environment to overcome challenges quickly.
Regional Travel: Travel within the region (1-2 times a month) as the accounts assigned are regional brand names.
Requirements
SINGAPOREAN ONLY
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
3 to 8 years of experience in B2B account management, business development, or product function in a Telco, IT, or Tech company.
Exposure to broadband, connectivity, SD-WAN, SASE, cybersecurity services is valued.
Excellent at prioritizing tasks and thriving in ambiguity. Works well under pressure and offers solutions in fluid scenarios.
Ability to adhere to established internal processes while also advocating for other areas of improvement.
Meticulous with an eye for detail.
Enjoys autonomy and is comfortable justifying decisions and recommendations.
