As a CSM, you will steer the short & mid term commercial strategies of your overseas clients portfolio in accordance with the company strategy
Your primary targets will be:
- to increase Safran Helicopter Engines business, sales and market share
- to foster the loyalty of your customers, notably through the signature of service contracts
- to steer the financial revenue (invoicing, turnover, gross margin, cash) generated through your market
To achieve your mission, you will be in daily contact with helicopter operators and you will often need to coordinate with local airframers
Description complï½mentaire
- Identify and foster business opportunities in your market in order to ensure sales growth
- Draw the business forecast in your market (on short and middle terms) & follow up on its achievement by managing risks and opportunities
- Lead all commercial negotiations in your market with customers & possible partners or third parties
- Promote and sale all company's products and services, notably by the hour contracts
- Ensure the general customer relationship management & build and keep up a strong network of contacts in your market
- Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction through all the components of the aftersales market: technical support, responsiveness, service rates, material supply, contract performance, KPI's, etc.
- Build commercial offers and lead internal validation review processes
- Lead contract drafting, negotiation & management
- Steer the cash collection from your customers
- Mentor the CSR and Field Rep on their activities to foster customer support and ensure good contract performance as well as compliance with the contract terms and commitments
- Participate to all improvement initiatives with the rest of the department and other company departments
- Monitor profits and commercial concessions
Exigences du poste
- Self-starter, solution-oriented, proactive, positive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset are required
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong business acumen with good data and analytical skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge in aviation gas turbines (product knowledge), aviation services and MRO industry will be an added advantage
- Microsoft Office knowledge is required (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Spï½cificitï½ du travail
- Frequent overseas travels are required to meet and connect with operators
- Some Overseas travels to France might be needed (once a year) for internal training and meetings with France counterparts
