The selected candidate is responsible for the overall operations of the Centre and all activities, programmes and facilities are planned and implemented in a safe and conducive environment.
Lead a team and oversee the well-being of your team members in the Centre
Plan and manage the staff schedules and ensure staff to child ratio is maintained at all times, including transition periods
Build strong rapport and partnership with various stakeholders
Plan and implement programmes and learning activities in accordance with the Kindergarten Care guide and compliance to safety and health standards
Ensure the Centre premises are clean and well-maintained at all times
Ensure the safety and well-being of each individual child
Handle administrative duties related to the Centre
Perform classroom-teaching duties during the absence of Programme Staff
Requirements:
Minimum a Diploma in Early Childhood Care Education
3 years experience in a similar setting is preferred
Strong communication and classroom management skills
