Develop and implement appropriate lesson plans based on the four strands of the curriculum (Literacy, Numeracy, IPC and Mandarin);- Facilitate opportunities that encourage skill development, learning, individual expression and creativity;
Develop strategies and provide learning opportunities for all students;
- Create and maintain dynamic learning stations;
Mentor meetings with your assistant teacher regularly to develop planning, assessment, and student progress across the curriculum;- Provide supervision and guidance to co-teachers and interns where applicable;
Develop outdoor learning experiences for students that are in-line with the curriculum;
- Identify children that need extra support to meet class goals across development areas;
Identify children that are achieving expected outcomes and benefit from a higher level of instruction through differentiated planning and delivery, with a particular focus on the core subjects of Literacy and Numeracy;- Communicate clearly and professionally with all members of staff, children and parents; and,
Adhere to the policies and procedures of Quayside Isle Preparatory School.

- Collaborates with the Director of Learning to align short- and long-term goals to the vision, mission and values of QuIPS.
