- Non-Halal Japanese Casual Dining Restaurant that specialises in premium Sushi/Sashimi cuisine
- HIGH Fixed Salary!: $3,000 - $3,500 Basic + $250/month Meal & Performance Allowances
- NO Overtime Required
- Annual Bonus:1 month's basic salary
- Working Location: Katong (nearest MRT: TE26 Marine Parade Station)
- Full-time ONLY
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Food/Ingredient Preparation and Order Calling duties
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene in the kitchen
- Restock items when required
- Understand and know the proper usage of all equipment in the various stations
Additional Requirements
- Candidates who require Work Visa will NOT be considered
- Able to work 6 days per week in Split Shifts
- Work Hours: 10am - 9pm (with 3-hour break between 2-5pm)
^ No overtime required - Prior working experience in Sushi/Japanese restaurant(s) is advantageous
- Able to handle non-Halal food
