Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Korean cuisine dishes following SOPs.
Plan menu items, including specials, ensuring consistent taste and presentation.- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed to maintain inventory.
Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and used safely.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to uphold quality and efficiency.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and improve existing recipes.
Manage food costs and minimize waste to maximize profitability.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Job Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
