Job Responsibilities- Menu Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurants menu.
Ingredient Management:
Manage inventory and ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored.Kitchen Organization:
Keep the kitchen clean and organized, adhering to food safety standards.Staff Supervision: Oversee and train kitchen staff to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Quality Control: Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.
Order Management:
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.Problem Solving:
Address any kitchen issues or complaints promptly and effectively.Cooking Skills:
Strong culinary skills with experience in preparing a variety of dishes.Food Safety Knowledge:
Understanding of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene.Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
