Kitchen & Bar Assistant

Tigress is a fresh and fun Premium Billiard Club. It is under the multi-entertainment venue, 82 Social House, located in Orchardgateway (Somerset MRT).

We are looking for a responsible teammate, to handle all cleaning in the kitchen & outlet, dishwashing and basic deep frying and kitchen food preperation. Opportunity to learn more is required over time, if you can manage (bar/drinks/service/cashiering).

Full Time (Basic Level - Kitchen & Cleaning):

- 5 Days Work (weekends required)

- 11am to 10.30pm (subjected to changes, but same total hours)

- $1800-$2,300 Gross Salary (based on above hours)

- Staff Meal Provided

Job Scope:

- Dishwashing (bar and kitchen)

- Kitchen & Bar general cleaning after close

- Whole Shop Cleaning and Maintenance

- Drainage Upkeep

- Basic food handling (preperation/deep frying/plating).

+ Add Scope of Work - Bar & Service

Applicable after 3-month Probation

Additional $250 gross salary if you are able to assist in:

- Bar / Drinks

- Service

- Cashiering / Ordering
