Roles and responsibilities.
- To be responsible for all work related to the kitchen.
- To prepare food ingredients as accurately as possible to minimise wastage.
- To prepare and cook food according to instructions in a timely manner.
- To ensure kitchen area is well-kept and all equipment are washed, cleaned and arrange neatly.
- To assist in daily stocktake and inventory management related to the kitchen.
- Take out rubbish and dispose as per instructions.
- Assist with the tea bar operations when requested by Store Manager.
- To participate in all training programs relevant to the company's businesses.
- Communicate well and work harmoniously with all team members.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience working in a kitchen environment.
- Must have experience in food preparation.
- Must have experience cooking and plating of food.
- Have some experience in service operations such as cashiering and serving customer.
- Advantage to also have drinks preparation experience.
