Roles & Responsibilities

. Food preparation according to specific standards
. Prepare sufficient ingredients for operation use
. Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking area, kitchen equipment/kitchenware
. Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by your superiors from time to time.
