Requirements

Service
- Perform daily tasks: taking orders, cashiering, consolidating sales, serving food & beverages, and handling reservation calls
- Provide excellent customer service and handle feedback effectively
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, appearance, and deportment
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- Assist with food and drink preparations
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Undertake ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
Kitchen
- Cook and prepare food timely according to SOPs
- Ensure food safety and high-quality hygiene standards
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in the kitchen
