Job Responsibilities:
. Preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry and meat, marinating ingredients, and preparing sauces.
. Ensure that food items are prepared according to standardized recipes and portion sizes.
. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation.
. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations.
. Maintain stock levels and report inventory needs.
. Menu Improvement: Provide input and suggestions for menu items and recipes based on experience and customer feedback.
. Other ad-hoc duties
Job requirements:
. Have initiative and hardworking with positive attitude to learn and contribute.
. Minimum 2 years of experience in kitchens
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
.Team-oriented and detail-oriented.
. Possess a valid food hygiene certificate.
. 6D work week
