. Responsible for setting-up and handling workstation(s) assigned for the day.
. Prepare food orders according to the standard recipes, portion controls, and presentation specification as set by the company.
. Ensure all kitchen equipments are well maintained at all time.
. Ensure proper kitchen equipments are used to prepare food orders.
. Ensure all stocks and ingredients are enough throughout shift(s).
Adhere to all sanitation requirements including product rotation, temperature maintenance, storage procedures, cooking requirements, and handling techniques
