Basic Responsibility

1. Responsible for food preparation, and maintaining the kitchen equipment and utensils with utmost cleanliness and hygiene.

2. Meeting food quality expectations of OldTown standards.

Primary Accountabilities

1. Ensure freshness of food ingredients and raw materials, keeping track of old and new items by rotating stocks.

2. Inspect and clean the food preparation area and kitchen equipment to ensure clean safe food handling practices.

3. Any other duties as and when assigned by Management.

Minimum Requirements

1. Work Location: Novena Square 2, Kallang Wave Mall, East Coast Parkway (CPG)

2. Transport Allowance:$200 only who work at East Coast

3. Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

4. Able to read and follow standardized recipes.

5. General knowledge of proper food handling procedures.

6. Meal & Uniform provided.
