Job Description

Job Description & Requirements
  • Prepare fruits, juices, rolls,butter, cereals, coffee/tea for breakfast.
  • Prepare ice cream, hot dessert for lunch and dinner.
  • Prepare snacks, fruits and sandwiches for functions and seminars.
  • Keep all store rooms in a clean, tidy and hygienic manner, including refrigerators and freezer.
  • Prevent wastage of goods in the pantry area.
  • Report all incidents and accidents to the Chef/Sous Chef
  • Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management
  • Minimum Secondary education or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in related field
  • Possess a good working attitude
  • Team player
  • Work well under pressure
  • Able to work on rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays
