Ensure guests requests are not delayed during the operations of the Restaurant
Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, the maintenance of furnishings and equipment and the proper set up of the Kitchen and connected areas or pantries.
Provide clear information relating to the Restaurant's operating hours, dress code, food service, etc. to the guest.
Attend all team briefs as required.
Participate in monthly physical stock takes of the Restaurant, including but not limited to glassware, plate ware and crockery.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
