Job Responsibilities
.Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting and other basic cooking tasks as directed by head chef.
.Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, ensuring freshness of ingredients, restocking and informing head chef when items are running low.
. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen including washing dishes, kitchen equipment and kitchen floor.
. Adhere to kitchen safety and hygiene standards to prevent accidents and food contamination.
. Undertake any additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
. Available to work on weekend and public holiday
. Minimum 1 year related experience
. Able to work in fast paced environment
. Must be available for 6 days work a week
. Certificate in Basic Food Hygiene
. Have initiative and hardworking with positive attitude to learn
