KOL BD Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced KOL BD Manager to join our team and enhance the influence and market presence of Bitget Wallet. In this role, you will identify, onboard, and collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and community leaders to drive impactful campaigns. By working closely with our marketing and content teams, you will create engaging strategies that resonate with target audiences and foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. KOL Recruitment and Partnerships:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard influential KOLs and community leaders to promote Bitget Wallet.

1. Campaign Planning and Execution:

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to design and execute tailored campaigns for KOL audiences;
• Organize and host engaging events, including webinars and AMAs, to educate and interact with the community.

1. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Track and analyze the impact of KOL activities, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize strategies.

1. Market Insights and Strategy Adaptation:

• Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to refine KOL strategies.

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Build strong relationships with internal teams, including product and support, to ensure alignment on KOL initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related fields;
• At least 3 years of experience in KOL recruitment or partnership management, with knowledge of the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry preferred;
• Strong network of KOLs and experience managing social media channels;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships;
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are a plus.
