Job Title: Customer Service Executive/Service Crew

Working Hours: 6 days work week, night shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing friendly, attentive, and professional service
- Handle incoming calls for reservations and inquiries with a welcoming and helpful attitude
- Accurately take orders, serve delicious food & drinks (including alcoholic beverages), and manage cashiering duties
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment for both guests and team members
- Take on a variety of other duties as assigned by your supervisor to support team goals and create a positive atmosphere
