KYC Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all application are reviewed and processed within the service level agreement.
• Liaise and work with other business units to ensure a seamless process flow for credit applications.
• Assist to provide feedback on policies and processes that may affect the approval flow.
• Provide general and administrative support to the Credit Department.
• Support any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Holders or equivalent in banking/finance and/or accounting and/or business administration.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Dynamic team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous and responsible.
• Able to work under pressure and perform shift work.
• Good command of the English, Chinese is a plus.
