L&D Executive (West, Construction, ACTA)

Our client is a main contractor that handles various projects in Southeast Asia.

• Create and implement L&D strategies and policies.
• Run internal and external training programs.
• Take part in campus fairs for graduate engineers and interns.
• Monitor and update training records and employee learning progress.
• Perform staff orientation and briefings for new hires.

Requirements:

• ACTA Certified
• Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of L&D and recruitment experience in Construction Industry.
