Job Description

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs
Identify and implement workplace learning need.
Conduct orientation training for new employees.
Design and conduct training briefing in the company with business development unit for employees.
Maintain and review training course schedule
Support the development of training roadmap
Provide personalized coaching and support to enhance individual and team performance, fostering a results-oriented culture within the organization
Plan and execute quarterly and annual learning conferences, showcasing the latest industry trends and best practices

Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent
3+ years of experience in L&D management or related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and develop insights to drive performance
Experience in developing sales presentations and proposals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
Experience in using Excel function or Data Analytics tools will be an added advantage
Experience in Blockchain industry is a must
