Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Development:

    • Assist in the creation and implementation of comprehensive learning and development programs that meet the needs of the organization.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and design targeted training solutions.
  2. Training Delivery:

    • Facilitate training sessions and workshops, utilizing a variety of instructional methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  3. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:

    • Oversee the administration of the Learning Management System, ensuring courses and resources are up-to-date and accessible to employees.
    • Generate reports and analytics on training participation and effectiveness.
  4. Employee Engagement and Culture:

    • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a culture of learning within the organization.
    • Coordinate team-building activities, mentorship programs, and other development initiatives.
  5. Change Management Support:

    • Assist in change management initiatives by developing training and communication strategies to support transitions.
    • Provide resources and support to employees during periods of change.
  6. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Collect and analyze data related to learning and development initiatives, preparing reports for senior management.
    • Utilize metrics to assess the impact of training programs on employee performance and organizational goals.
  7. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with HR colleagues and department leaders to align L&OD initiatives with business needs.
    • Communicate effectively with employees to promote available training opportunities and resources.
