Responsibilities:
. Provide maintenance and support for Customers Enterprise/Vessel Project
. Hands-on experience in any Windows/Linux desktop or server upgrades
. Perform troubleshooting and problem identification for any desktop/server services
. Able to perform as the role of Project Lead / Coordinator in project management for small to medium size projects or Service Requests
. Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
. Provide documentation for deployments
. Must be able to learn and work independently
. Basic understanding in network implementation
Requirements:
. Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Security or equivalent
. Required to have minimum 1 - 2 years of hands-on technical support experience in SI Environment
. Fast-paced environment
. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
. Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
. Good communication and writing skills
. Strong customer service orientation
. Able to work independently
