Job Opportunity: Lab Tech (Flavour & Fragrance)
Location: Biopolis
Contract Duration: 1 year
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
Salary: Up to $2,300/month

Key Responsibilities:

1. Laboratory Management:Complete and review work assignments, managing workload and resources with the team.
   Mentor and cross-train lab staff using standardized training programs and documentation.
   Implement quality management systems to meet SOPs and safety standards.
   Participate in team-led initiatives for cost, quality, and efficiency improvements.
   Coordinate timely calibration of lab equipment and ensure proper housekeeping.
   
2. Laboratory Operations:Perform perfume compounding and material selection per formulation guidelines.
   Update compounding data in the Electronic Lab Notebook.
   Ensure tools are clean and properly maintained for weighing.
   Prepare for odor evaluations and maintain End-to-End (E2E) material management.
   Assist with shipping compounded materials, ensuring complete shipping documentation.
   Operate and maintain the Contexa robot.
