- Position Title: Laboratory Chemist (Metals)
- Working Location: Tuas (Transportation Provided)
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3,700 + Company Transport/Transport Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus + Joining Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate daily analysis of precious metal materials in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the final sampling and analysis lab.
- Provide prompt and appropriate technical advice to operation personnel, including material handling procedures and identifying hazards, based on SOPs.
- Collaborate closely with the operations department to develop cost-effective treatment and recovery methods for incoming and customer materials.
- Assist in providing technical advice and coordinating efforts for recovery trials driven by operational needs.
- Participate in optimizing alternative analysis and recovery methods for enhanced efficiency.
- Assist the laboratory in performing experimental work to support process improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry.
- At least 2 years of laboratory experience in the precious metals or base metals industry, with hands-on experience in fire assay analysis and ICP (Inductively Coupled Plasma) machine operation.
