Job description:
- Assist in handling routine laboratory works on the different benches (Cytology, Molecular Diagnostics, Microbiology, Urolith Analysis and Chemistry)
- Assisting in sample registration, processing, results entry and troubleshooting where necessary
- Ensuring lab standards, safety and QA/QC protocols are adhered to and maintained
- Responsible for inventory management of consumables and reagents
Job requirements:
- Degree (Life Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Biomedical Science)
- Self-motivated, pro-active, responsible, well-organized, independent, detailed-oriented individual
- Excellent communication skills and works well even in a team
- Able to take on lead roles within lab for simple statistics, test validations, SOP writing and liaisons with collaborating partners
- Good command of MS Word and Excel
- Good command of written and spoken English
