Key Responsibilities:- Design Development: Contribute to the design and development of landscape architecture projects, from conceptual design through to construction documentation.
Project Management:
Manage landscape projects to ensure they are delivered on time, and to the highest quality standards.Collaboration:
Work closely with architects, urban planners, and other stakeholders to integrate landscape architecture with overall project objectives.Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices in all projects, ensuring environmentally responsible solutions.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing expert advice and presenting design concepts effectively.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, codes, and standards.Mentorship:
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
A Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.- A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of project types.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.
- Strong knowledge of plant materials, horticulture, and sustainable landscape practices.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
