Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Repair, troubleshoot, modify, and test complex technical problems on Laser Machining products
  • Travel to customer locations (domestic and India) to diagnose complex technical problems and perform on-site repairs
  • Examine machines mechanically and perform repairs by dismantling machines and rebuilding mechanically
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with customers

Qualifications:

  • Background of EE or Mechanical Engineering (training provided)
  • Experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical problems
  • Skilled in mechanical measurement and inspection techniques
  • Willing to travel (50% of time)
