Do you possess these qualities
We value talent, creativity, tenacity, integrity, drive and a willingness to learn. Having a first class honours degree, being on the Deans List, a member of an international moot-court competition team, a varsity debater or an Advocacy Cup winner is certainly helpful, but not essential. It is more important to us that you recognise that there is always a lot more to learn and are willing to improve yourself and your skills every day.
Do you still want decent hours and a life outside the office
We dont believe in having pool tables, lawyers lounges, canteens serving breakfast, pizza at 5pm or X-Boxes in the office. We believe that you should have enough time to yourself to enjoy these things at home, or someplace far away from where you work. We dont live in the office and neither should you.
Dont get us wrong we work very hard.
In todays Internet-age, the age-old concept of official hours often has little meaning. Work does not stop when we leave the office, nor does it begin only when we step into it. Thats where our use of technology comes in. It enables us to offer flexibility and trust to all our lawyers so that they can produce excellent work while still having a life outside the office. The basic rule is simply : Produce high quality work, on time, and on target. We are not overly concerned with when and where you do so.
Having read all of this, do you want to be one of us
We would be happy to discuss your future with us, and to explore how you can be a part of Braddell Brothers, Singapores second-oldest independent law practice.
If you are interested to join our team, please email our Recruitment Partner at [Confidential Information] telling us why, and enclosing your curriculum vitae.
