We are looking for an experienced Lead Analyst to join our IT COE team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both leading new system implementations and managing IT/OT services. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, project management skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Job Description:
System Implementation and Project Delivery
- Lead the planning and implementation of both IT and OT (operational technology) projects from start to finish
- Drive business and technical requirements gathering, planning, design, while managing relationship with stakeholders and third-party vendors
- Track project progress and report on key metrics like milestones and deliverables.
- Suggest enhancements and ongoing refinement by evaluating business and product strategies, technological trends, and feedback
IT Service Management
- Oversee key systems as system custodian, ensuring KPIs align with internal policies and industry standards
- Serve as the primary contact for critical incidents, managing stakeholder expectations and conflict resolution, and guiding the support team on major incidents
- Ensure systems compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders across IT, business, finance, legal, and compliance teams
- Support the day-to-day operations of both IT and OT systems
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in computing or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in project delivery and IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good knowledge of user experience technologies and best practices
- Basic understanding of sustainability initiatives and how they integrate with IT and OT systems
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are desirable
