I am currently working with a world's leading cryptocurrency exchange and web3 company.

Salary structure: Open budget + fixed 13th month + bonus (min 2 months) 2-3 rounds of interview to offer. 5 days in office at CBD. . Lead a backend team of 2-3 members in the payment project, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Web3 applications based on Node.js and Go.

. Apply and understand blockchain technology deeply, especially in areas of multi-chain interoperability and wallet integration.

. Collaborate closely with product and design teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs and enhance user experience.

. Explore and evaluate new technologies, providing guidance to the team to ensure we leverage cutting-edge technologies.

. Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

. Write clear, maintainable code and conduct rigorous code reviews.

. Solve technical challenges to improve system performance and reliability.

skills and requirements

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. . Min 5 years of experience in backend development, including at least 2 years of experience with Node.js and Go.

. Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps).

. Experience or thorough understanding of multi-chain wallet integration and management, including but not limited to Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, etc.

. Familiarity with blockchain node management and transaction processing mechanisms.

. Strong team leadership and project management skills.

. Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

. Hands-on project experience in DeFi or related blockchain fields.

. Relevant experience in Web2 payments, finance, Web3 payments, staking, and subscription services.

. In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency transactions and security.

. Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in related tech communities.
